Conference Fees

The conference fee for participants and accompanying persons is shown below.

The registration fee for Regular participants and Students includes conference proceedings and printed material, welcome party, coffee breaks, conference dinner and additional social program. The fee for Workshops only is valid for August 26^th (see details in the program) and includes conference proceedings and printed material, coffee breaks and welcome party. Accompanying persons fee includes welcome party, conference dinner and additional social program. Please note that excursion on Saturday is not included in the conference fee.

Participants are strongly recommended to register as soon as possible and to make their payments via bank transfer. After submission of registration form, confirmation e-mail with registration number will be sent by the Organizing Committee. The Technical Organizer, PanaComp Agency, will send an e-mail with details about the payment. All charges due to bank transfers have to be paid by the sender. Exceptionally, the payment will be possible in cash at the registration desk.

Registration Cancellation Written cancellation should be sent to the conference Technical Organizer. For cancellations received:
   × Before May 25th: 80% refund (With bank transfer charges deducted)
   × Before August 15th: 50% refund (With bank transfer charges deducted)
   × After August 15th: No refund (Conference Proceedings will be delivered)
